Mirror World is an ecosystem of autonomous digital game worlds powered by our Matrix Core Engine, and interconnected by Mirror NFT and Mirror World Matrix Token.

Each digital world constitutes of four fundamental elements:

• Worldview (Game Worlds)
• Digital World's native beings (AI NFT)
• Digital World's builder and contributors (Community & DAO)
• Governance & Economics (Blockchain)

We are looking for a crypto CMO to oversee all marketing operations, responsible for developing the marketing strategy and vision for global markets: North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, South America and Africa.

Responsibilities

General

1. Develop and implement Marketing KPI system.
2. Conduct communications budget plans, improving the workflow and establishing SOP
3. Forecast marketing results.

Acquisition, Retention & Monetization:

1. Work closely with operations to drive traffic and growth into our ecosystem community.
2. Test and add new acquisition channels (organic and paid).
3. Work Alongside CEO to develop a GTM Strategy for our token launches, and manage PR and brand relationships with IDO/IEO partners.
4. Align with the product team around user retention.
5. Scale successful channels globally & targeted regional areas according to local needs.
