Q1: I have a few thoughts and suggestions:

The first is to utilise L2 with regards to simple NFT interaction? I saw this post from LoopRing today regarding NFTs:

We looking and getting our smart contract added to one of the zk-Chains, I say that because Arbitrum has a 7 or 14 day wait to bring assets back to the Mainnet and the ZK's don't:

e.g. Immutable.com is an NFT specific ETH L2 specialist and that runs on in partnership with StarkWare.

There is also the possibility of striking a relationship and working partnership to reduce GWEI charges with @theopendao or @0xGasDAO using their $SOS & $GAS tokens.

Failing those options Mirror World as an entity itself could consider becoming a Gaming DAO, tokenize, and grant membership right through NFTs ownership. We'd then be able to create a mutli-sig wallet for the DAO treasury and use this facility to run batches of grouped transactions on an agreed schedule. DAO Members who wish to upgrade the Soul Chips or make other NFT modifications could submit the transaction request and be included in a grouped transaction paid for by the DAO as a benefit of membership. MultiSig transactions signature can be done offline and this makes that part if the transaction gasless and therefore free at least and the schedule can be done during low GWEI times, or again, even on L2 if the ZK has Gnosis Safe support.
